Our People

Our model of putting people first over profits allows us to provide exceptional 24 hour clinical and residential care with our staff ratios consistently being higher than the industry average. This translates to more contact with residents to ensure the best clinical, recreational and allied health intervention and care contributing to your enhanced health, longevity, pleasure and comfort. Any surplus revenue is reinvested into our facility to allow us to focus on continuous quality improvement. The benefactor is you, our resident.

Our Activities Coordinators are one of our gifts to the residents. They breathe life into the facility to offer our residents the best life possible in their later years. Families often comment on the quality of life we afford their loved ones and how giving of their time and energy our Activities Coordinators are to those they serve.
